Passing of Mr. J. Albert Maddox, Sr., member of the Board of Directors of Sojourner-Douglass College
It is with heartfelt regret that we inform you of the passing of Mr. J. Albert Maddox, Sr., member of the Board of Directors of Sojourner-Douglass College and long time friend. Although he is not physically with us, his work stands as a legacy to his service to us. He will always be in our thoughts.
Mr. Maddox served on the Board for 16 years. Time Printers, the printing business of Mr. Maddox, his father and his grandfather is an icon in the Baltimore City community. He and his family worked side-by-side to create a business that would serve the African American community in a proud and efficient manner. Sojourner-Douglass College is part of the community that was served by the professional work created by Time Printers.
